Production Operator

We are looking for individuals that want a 1st shift schedule. Base schedule is 4 days, 10hr shifts. Overtime to make it 5 days, 10-12hr shifts and overtime on Saturdays. Saturday shift, might be a 10-12 hour shift. We are looking for Production Operators, who are motivated and dependable individuals. The Production Operator role will work in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performing a wide variety of semi repetitive or unique precision assembly operations, where methods and sequence of assembly are described by production drawings or detailed written instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform the full range of duties necessary to build and assemble units

Work with Team Members to execute daily tasks along with achieving the daily goal

Promote Safety Hazard avoidance according to training provided

Execute housekeeping responsibilities that are consistent with manufacturing your work space

Ability to grasp and execute process-related activities

Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Maintain a safe work environment, monitor and enforce all safety procedures,

Candidate Experience and Qualification:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education level

Ability to stand for a minimum of 10 hours per day, and lift up to 40lbs

Experience using hand and torque driven tools

Basic PC skills and ability to navigate programs used by the Company for training and/or communication purposes

Ability to follow both verbal instructions and written procedures

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

High level of accuracy; keen attention to detail

Customer focused, both internal and external
