Job Description

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for dedicated Production Operators in the Cartersville area. Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is required for this role. This position is a temp-to-hire position and operates on a 12-hour swing shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

Perform inspections on materials and machines to ensure quality is meeting standards.
Operate on a line and ensure the line is stocked with the appropriate materials.
Operate bolts and screws as well as hand or power tools for the material.
Adhere to safety protocols and plant rules.
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machines.
Work in a teamwork environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required.
Basic understanding of computer applications (SAP, Excel).
Comfortable standing for 12 hours straight.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
