Job Description
A member of the Medicare NextGen Production Support organization that works with our business, delivery, infrastructure and software vendor partners to maintain concierge level support.
The team will assist other day to day production support teams as well as strategically push the software processing forward for new lines of business. This will include working across boundaries for Delivery, Infrastructure and Vendor Support.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in change management, problem management, reporting, infrastructure engagement and vendor relations.

Preferred Qualifications
Infrastructure savvy - basic understanding of hardware and software.
Business acumen - understanding of business flows from enrollment to claims processing to downstream workflows.
Ability to break down complex workflows into explainable tasks for others on the team.
Understanding of delivery process via SAFE/AGILE methodologies.
Ability to work across boundaries without alienating others, but bringing out the best in peers to be successful.
Ability to work with a software vendor to assist them in their quality, on time delivery of their product.
Be a self starter to identify and bring forward ideas to better the overall support of MNG. (Medicare NextGen)
Be a confident member of an evolving team that is willing to work hard to make a difference for peers, business and other IT professionals.

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
