Major/Essential Functions
Assists the Associate Director and Analyst II with the organizational process and documentation for the Institutional Faculty Development Program (IFDP), Departmental Faculty Development Program (DFDP), Leadership Development Academy (LDA), and Institutional Faculty Mentoring Program (IFMP).
Assists the Associate Director and Analyst II with the CME and CNE component of the synchronous and asynchronous sessions, procuring the disclosure statement, submission of the learning objectives, content validation acknowledgement form and assist with the creation of the flyers.
Assist with purchasing, budget revisions, and internal billing.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with continuing education events, coordinating multiple activities and/or projects. Experience in healthcare or university setting. Experience with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Access). Experience with REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) program. Experience with taking and preparing minutes. Experience with video taping and taking photographs.
