The Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine is seeking a dynamic, focused candidate with excellent communication skills to be our Program Coordinator. The focus of this position is working with Advanced Practice Providers (APP) and rotating Anesthesiology Assistant students. You will be responsible for administrative and fiscal functions associated with the Advanced Practice Providers, including, credentialing, licensure, call coverage payments, tracking expenditures, and special projects as needed.

Additionally, the selected candidate will work closely with the Chief APP to support our Anesthesiology Assistant rotation, which will include compliance with rotation agreements, Department of Health screening, recruitment events, and special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Smartsheet or other electronic tracking system
  • Process improvement
  • Experience with basic accounting functions
  • Experience creating reports
  • Experience with a wide variety of software platforms, including zoom and MS office
  • Bachelor's degree
