Salary: $2,016.80 Bi-Weekly

Job Description:
PROGRAM MANAGER: Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director, is responsible for developing, coordinating, and conducting supervision of operations for the assigned program. The program manager is responsible for taking the lead role in day-to-day operations of the program. Will work closely with the supervisor and staff to ensure that the Scope of Work is met.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in social science, education, or related field, and a minimum of three (3) years of experience to include one (1) year demonstrated supervisory experience; or any combination of education and/or experience to equal seven (7) years to include one (1) year demonstrated supervisory experience. Experience should directly reflect a background working with youth who have experienced trauma to include family violence, community violence or sexual assault. Also, should have knowledge or experience working with or supporting Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking (DMST).Demonstrated experience and skills to manage several staff and youth who require extensive support in a home-like setting. Extensive knowledge of community resources and the needs of youth with a complex trauma history. Team oriented and able to implement a strengths-based approach to providing trauma-responsive services. Ability to establish strong working relationships with the public, especially with the staff of community agencies. Ability to provide public speaking, staff training, and community presentation services. Ability to exhibit emotional maturity and good judgment, including high standards of morals and speech. Must be dependable and flexible regarding working hours. Must follow and carry out written and oral instructions quickly and accurately. Must be able to use discretion in all facets of work-related situations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Not Inclusive):* Works directly with the Associate Director to develop, coordinate, and conduct supervision of operations for assigned program.* Support and implement program philosophy of trauma responsive practices of care.* Collaborate with local, state, and other service agencies for program development.* Monitor case management of clients* Coordinate with other YDI Programs, Partners, CYFD to ensure proper implementation of services.* Responsible for the day-to-day operation of programs, including purchasing, inventory control, staff scheduling, and other department records.* Will work directly with the Associate Director in formulating policies and procedures according to the requirements set by the department.* Will oversee service planning and delivery and provide program consultation as appropriate.* Will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring case records and implementing the use of the record keeping system by staff.* Will recommend, plan and/or conduct in-service training for program staff in conjunction with the Clinical Director.* Will work in conjunction with the Clinical Director to meet all contractual requirements and the Scope of Work (SOW) for the programs assigned. Page - 2* Will conduct employee evaluations and provide necessary employee assistance, guidance, and improvement recommendations, as needed.* Will provide information on appropriate community referrals.* Assist in the training, supervision, and scheduling of staff.* Attend all required training and meetings.* To adhere to agency Program Policies and Procedures Manual, Program Operations Manual, handbooks, and Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.* Other duties as assigned.

JOB CHARACTERISTICS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act. This is aprofessional position that requires organizational and communication skills, as well as judgment, tact,and diplomacy in contact with YDI employees, community residents, parents, and local governmentagencies.Strict adherence is required to all regulations concerning confidentiality.A background investigation, including fingerprinting, will be required.Physical is required upon hire and may be required intermittently.Frequent travel is required by the employee. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof ofcar insurance are required.Youth Development, Inc. is an at-will employer. Employment is by mutual consent of the companyand employee, and either may terminate the relationship at any time with or without cause or advancenotice.
