The Aetna Member Advisory Team is a member-centric team, designed to help members achieve their best health by delivering educational campaigns via outbound telephone outreach.
This role is a unique opportunity to be part of the Corporate Care Management Program, while partnering closely with Aetnas Analytics and Behavior Change team, to deliver this innovative member engagement program. First, data scientists deploy analytics techniques to identify members who will most benefit from telephonic outreach across a variety of health actions. Once identified, our Member Advisory Advocates are responsible for outreaching telephonically to engage the member in behavior change health coaching. The team delivers multiple campaigns simultaneously, covering a vast variety of health care subjects.
The Program Operations Lead, reporting to the Engagement Hub Senior Director, is part of a core team that delivers highly visible project management and program oversight of the Member Advisory Team. The successful candidate will not be afraid to challenge existing ways of working to continuously improve and enhance the Member Advisory Call Pod, leading and operating in a manner that drives success. Areas of focus will span campaign integration, process implementation, program optimization, compliance monitoring, and reporting. This work will impact a wide range of processes, systems, functions, and products.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and implements strategic business planning process to achieve business goals.
- Proactively leads projects by setting strategic direction and plans.
- Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, programs, services, and workflows based on broad view of the organization.
- Collaborates and partners with other functional managers in other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.
- Monitors delivery and program trends; influences change to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services.
- Communicates and collaborates across multiple functions and /or segments.

Required Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience related to matrixed/complex projects
- Must be innovative and collaborative, confident to challenge existing ways of working to continuously improve and enhance Aetnas outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Proven project management skills, preferably with a focus on complex product and/or program planning and implementation. Proven track record in meeting project milestones.
- Experience developing and managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
- Ability to innovate and ideate solutions to operational challenges.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in the utilization of standard MS Office products.
