Exciting, fast paced project management opportunity in National Quality Managements (NQM) Performance Excellence Quality department! Our team supports quality audits across the Clinical Enterprise to achieve operational excellence. We are transforming and changing the way we work, using cutting-edge technologies and methods to move us ever closer to our consumer-centric model.

As a Project Manager on the Performance Excellence team, you will be responsible for managing strategic projects utilizing the Agile methodology and leveraging the Asana platform. You will oversee all aspects of project development and implementation. This will include, but is not limited to, establishing baseline project plans, identifying key stakeholders, owners and participants, coordinating steering committee meetings, coordinating regular project status meetings, informing leadership of project statuses, maintaining and distributing project-related information in a timely manner, identifying risks before they become issues and escalating to leadership as appropriate.

Prioritizes and makes recommendations for the design, development, and implementation quality improvement projects, and initiatives. Designs the data collection methodology, metrics, and data elements needed to measure outcomes of quality improvement projects.

Required Qualifications
2-4 years of demonstrated Project Management experience required

PMP Certification

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
