Under supervision of the Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for the execution of employer group direct-to-consumer communications campaigns. As part of the Medicare sales enablement team, this position supports prospecting, lead acquisition and member engagement efforts during enrollment periods throughout the year, with the goal of educating and growing group retiree membership and retaining members.
The Marketing Project Manager works closely with account teams and external customers to seamlessly execute an effective communications experience for their retirees. It includes content development and updates, engaging with internal subject matter experts, product, clinical, brand and compliance constituents, and coordinating with procurement and production teams. Must be able to adhere to strict timelines to deliver the best possible product that aligns with customer needs, CMS guidelines, business strategy and positions Aetna favorably to retirees.
This role can be considered Work From Home in the US.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in communications, print/digital marketing and internal/external client relationships
- Excellent written/verbal communications skills and passion for serving and understanding internal and external customers
- Detail-oriented project management skills with a high level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, dependability, organization, and accuracy
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, building relationships with varying levels of the organization
- Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Proactivity in meeting challenges with resourcefulness, critical thinking and innovative approaches, while maintaining a high level of quality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Demonstration of high levels of teamwork and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical background
- Experience in web content management/digital programs
Education
BS/BA from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
