Our Client is seeking Psychiatric/Substance Abuse Nurses (LPNs/RNs) in Canton, MI.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Administer medications at assigned times and document.
* Complete the health assessment and documents per requirements.
* Assess urgent medical needs, observed or potential side effects, interactions, or adverse reactions of medications, and communicate with staff physician/PA/PN and documents.
* Report to Nurse Supervisor irregularities regarding medical records and any other decisions that affect a patients medical process.
REQUIRED CREDENTIALS & EDUCATION
* Current State of Michigan Registered Nursing license / Practical Nursing license.
* Current TB test and Physical (within the last 12 months).
* Current CPR/FA or BLS.
