Build, motivate and manage a team of QA Engineers
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities to ensure product compliance with requirements and standards
Coordinate internal and external releases, understanding dependencies between the different projects to ensure proper release management
Review and approve software design specifications and acceptance criteria
Develop and execute software test plans
Coordinate automation efforts to improve team efficiency and align with product priorities
Define quality standards and metrics for the current project/product
Implement strategies for quality management and testing
Suggest solutions to identified product or process problems
Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
Oversee continuous improvement projects
Collect quality data and track defects through resolution
Identify KPIs for product quality
Provide periodic feedback to upper management about project status
Assist to team meetings to sync about project updates and testing progress
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years working in Software Development
- Postman, Kobiton, JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, Github
- Leadership skills

- Experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer (mandatory)
- Experience testing mobile apps, web apps, and APIs
- Experience developing software (preferred)
