Fellowship House seeks a dynamic, detail oriented individual for our Quality Assurance Manager Position. Combining aspects of grant proposal preparation, contract management and quality improvement, this position provides a fast paced, autonomous environment for an interested professional. The Quality Assurance Manager has the unique opportunity to work closely with internal staff at all levels in order to improve our agencys functions and adhere to contractual requirements, and communicate frequently with funders and regulatory agencies to promote an environment of collaboration. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, minimum one year of experience in a not-for-profit setting, ability to effectively manage time and tasks and demonstrated ability to train people.
Bachelors Degree Preferred
