Position Function Summary:
As a team member of the Quality Assurance division this position ensures proper program stewardship and monitoring for
eligibility requirements for the HELPNM Programs. Work performance is achieved through assistance, evaluation and
quality of performance delivery in order to determine if the program is operating in compliance with the statutes,
regulations, and guidance in a manner that will ensure successful achievement of the approved program goals and
outcomes. This team provides continuous support to allow program staff to focus on customers and program delivery.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications
progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting principles and administrative activities. Any combination of
education from an accredited college or university and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling four (4) years may
substitute for the required education and experience.
Effective January 3, 2022, all CPLC Employees and all Service Providers, are required to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19. Newly hired employees, who are not Fully Vaccinated at the time of hire, are expected to begin a vaccination series immediately upon hire. CPLC recognizes medical and religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, in accordance with applicable law and upon approval by CPLC. However, any person approved for an exemption, without exception, is subject to masking.
