RISE Early Intervention is a growing organization that provides support to families of children birth to three years of age with disabilities or special developmental needs, helping them to build on their child's strengths, and to enhance and promote the child's growth, development and learning skills in their natural environment. AzEIP provides support to families of children birth to three years of age with disabilities or special developmental needs by assisting with learning developmental skills such as motor and language, facilitate engagement in activities, routines and events of everyday life.
We are looking for a Quality Compliance Manager who would be responsible for the verification and management of data associated with RISE EI services. Establish and maintain relationships with service coordinators. Provide guidance and coaching to program staff to assist in achieving complete and timely data entry in all databases. Maintain performance of their job requirements in a manner consistent with the RISE Early Intervention Mission, Vision, and Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and integrity through:
- Efficient use of reporting tools as provided by state database and RISE EI database
- Conducting regular meetings with staff and management team to review current data needs and barriers
Manage the maintenance of necessary records, databases, files and other required documentation in a professional, confidential and secure manner - Managing company dashboard measures
- Supporting all staff with billing entries into RISE EI data base
- Generating reports for management team to monitor productivity and credentials

- A Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies, Child Development or other related field
- Experience working with early intervention using a team based model approach preferred
- Experience creating, evaluating, and implementing systems to monitor program policy/procedure and contractual compliance
- Ability to communicate effectively in individual or group situations including effective listening skills
- Ability to build relationships and to communicate with multiple customers including the families receiving support, service professionals, foster parents, advisors, natural parents, state personnel and others
- Ability to work flexible hours; self-directed, and self-starter
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
- Candidate must successfully complete a background clearance and obtain Level One Fingerprint Card Clearance
