Quality Improvement & Patient Experience Program Manager
Job Description
Job SummaryResponsible for supporting organizational quality and performance improvement initiatives, patient safety, regulatory andadvancing evidenced based practices as directed by the Director of Quality and Patient Safety Officer. Promotes patient and family centered care by collaborating with entity key stakeholders, Group Patient Representative,and Group Quality Director. Under the direction of the entity Quality Director and Patient Safety Officer, oversees patientand customer service focus for the hospital creating a supporting and healing environment for the patient and theirfamilies. Identifies organizational opportunities for delivering a superior patient experience based on customer feedback,proactive consultation, satisfaction results, and analysis of complaints and grievances. Serves as the entity PatientRepresentative and champion for HCAHPs initiatives.
Pay Range$32. 01 - $43. 95/hr
Flourishing Begins HereMinimum Experience RequirementsTwo years clinical, quality and/or relevant healthcare-related experience.Three years of related experience in hospitality or public relations.Experience with performance improvement methodologies, tools, systems including LEAN methodology, preferred.Alternate dispute resolution training and/or mediation training or certification and/or conflict resolution training, preferred.Advanced analytical, communication and problem solving skills.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications.
