Course:

FIN-432: Real Estate

In this introduction to the real estate industry, students learn about the risks and rewards associated with investing in and financing both residential and commercial real estate. This course includes concepts and techniques relevant to a variety of careers related to real estate. This course also provides students with a better understanding of real estate for their own personal investment and financing decisions.

What You Will Do:

• Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom.
• Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes.
• Respond to students questions and emails within the established timeframes.
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the Universitys Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum: Masters in Business Administration or Masters in Finance or Masters in Financial Economics or Masters in any field
• AND active Real Estate Broker license (REQUIRED)
• License Type must be listed as "Real Estate Broker"
