Job Title: Rebate Analyst
Location: Southeast Houston area
Pay: $60-80K annually, based on experience
Hours: 8-5 pm
Duration: Direct hire
Description of Duties: Rebate Analyst position is now available in the Southeast Houston area! In order to successfully apply for this role, you should be comfortable with the following job duties: Manages claim resolution process for assigned supplier lines. Helps with daily questions and inquiries for stores regarding rebates. Reconciles rebate reports and credits provided by vendors to match with system. Works to maintain claim dollars where justified. Functions as liaison between purchasing, supplier relations and supplier for claim resolution. Functions as point of contact for rebate application used to collect data and research findings. Identifies process improvement opportunities. Assists with bringing other vendors into centralized support for claim reconciliation. Participates in weekly supplier calls to collaborate and ensure alignment.
Requirements: Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. Ability to prioritize and manage day-to-day activities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to accommodate temporary working hour changes as required by workflow. Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and demonstrate a willingness to accept new challenges. Analyze and interpret complex data.
