CVS Health, a Fortune 4 company, is currently hiring for a dynamic individual to join our Rebate Client Services organization. The Rebate Client Support Advisor will work directly with our clients and help us deliver the highest service levels to our internal and external partners. The position will coordinate and lead frequent meetings with our clients, thoroughly and effectively document, track, and manage our clients rebate questions and concerns until resolution, and produce both scheduled and ad hoc client-specific rebate reporting. This position will collaborate internally with key personnel and leaders in many other functional areas, including Account Management, Client Audit, Trade, Sales, Underwriting, and Analytics.

In order to successfully investigate and answer our clients questions, the Rebate Client Support Advisor will be expected to be a subject matter expert on all pieces of the manufacturer rebate process, and understand how to navigate rebate applications and effectively use and explain rebate data. The position will interface closely with our Rebate Registration, Claims, Formulary Research, Invoice, Reconciliation, Resubmissions, and Payments teams in order to satisfy our clients needs and requirements, and to limit client service warranty payouts arising from incorrect invoice submissions.

This position may also be responsible for the training and development of Rebate Client Support Analysts, and duties could include delegating work, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and documenting processes. It will also be responsible for contributing to the successful rollout of new initiatives, process improvements, and projects.

* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
* Ability to break down complex processes into simpler tasks and execute them
* Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships across functional units
* Proficiency using Microsoft Excel with the ability to work with large data sets

Required Qualifications
5 years experience performing research, investigation, analysis, operations and/or ad-hoc reporting to include internships or Masters Degree with 3 years experience performing research, investigation, analysis, operations and/or ad-hoc reporting to include internships

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with rebate invoicing, payments, reconciliations, or formulary research
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, drug products, and manufacturer rebate contracts
Ability to query data via SQL and other data analytic tools

Education
Bachelor's Degree required
