Job Description
The Rebate Resubmissions Analyst will be responsible for analyzing invoice data from prior periods and fixing and resubmitting invoices in a timely manner in order to maximize manufacturer rebates. Day-to-day activities include reviewing past formulary research, invoice results, contract interpretations, and claim exclusions across select formularies, contracts, and clients; then performing financial impact assessments, fixing the research and invoice setups, and rerunning and producing supplemental invoices. Additionally, this position will help complete root cause analyses and corrective action plans for issues and errors found during the resubmission process.
This position will interface closely with our Rebate Research, Claims, and Invoice teams to maximize resubmission opportunities and to limit client service warranty payouts arising from incorrect invoice submissions. It will also engage with and collaborate with key personnel from other functional areas, including Client Audit, Finance, Accounting, Trade, Underwriting, and Account Management.

Required Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience performing in-depth research, investigation, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
* 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel with the
ability to work with large data sets.

Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, drug products,
and manufacturer rebate contracts.
* Deep understanding of CVS Caremark Benefit Design and Formulary.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Proven problem solving and data analysis skills.
* Experience with financial impact statements and root cause analysis.
* Ability to query data via SQL and other data analytic tools.
* Ability to establish and maintain collaborative
relationships across functional units.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Education
Bachelors degree required
