CVS Health, a fortune 5 company is currently hiring for a dynamic individual to join our Rebate Reconciliation team.
The Rebates Reconciliation Advisor reports to a Rebate Reconciliation Manager as a subject matter expert to analysts regarding reconciling rebate invoices of Pharma brand discount contracts. This includes contract interpretation setup within CVS Health's proprietary system, maintenance of Pharma contracts including cash collection, payment reconciliation and cash distributions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Leads Analysts / Senior Analysts engagement in organizational integration, policy, procedure initiatives, process improvement, capital & BSR projects
* Recommends operational improvements and delegates appropriately
* Documents processes, policies & procedures
* Leads presentations and project team meetings internally and externally with CVS Health business partners, Pharma and clients
* Coordinates the efforts of a cross unit / cross company teams that include Contracting, Trade Relations, Finance, Legal and other corporate departments
* Responsible for day to day administration of systems and processes for accurate, timely administration of contracts across multiple rebate models (GPO, Medicare D) and CVS Health entities
* Analyzes system output for variances and trend changes, identifying client impact, explaining market share change and presenting findings to internal partners
* Administers payment terms, issue resolution and follow up with Pharma to ensure prompt payment within contract terms
* Maintains a collaborative, effective relationship with manufacturer contact at all times
* Assertively leads and performs the vital research to influence, drive and implement approved recommendations regarding system enhancements or improvements to reduce costs, minimize processing time, improve controls or increase client / manufacturer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of Finance / Accounting / Operations experience (may include internship experience). or Masters Degree and 3 years of Finance / Accounting / Operations experience (may include internship experience).

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Excel and Access
Contract administration, financial and / or data analysis, data-mining, and cash reconciliations experience
PBM or pharmaceutical manufacturer experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical products
Contract interpretation experience
Degree with a concentration in Math, Finance, Economics or Accounting

Education
Bachelor's Degree
