Description:

The primary responsibility of the Front Desk Receptionist will be to serve and greet all clients, vendors and customers that enter the building and service incoming calls on the main phone line.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Distribute incoming deliveries and mail.
  • Prepare and schedule outgoing mail, local, and overnight deliveries.
  • Maintain conference rooms and schedule meetings accordingly.
  • Maintain company phone lists and distribute accordingly.
  • Keep kitchen areas clean, including emptying/running dishwasher.
  • Approval of invoices pertaining to reception duties.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Help as needed with set up and tear town of various office events.


Experience & Requirements:

•             2-5 years in receptionist/office admin setting.

•             Comfortable answering phones and talking to visitors. 

•             Professionalism. 

•             Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

•             Desire to work in team player environment.

•             Work hours will be 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Thursday and 8:00am – 4:00pm Friday.

•             Pay is $30k - $45k/year

Education requirements

High School Degree preferred.
Bachelor's Degree a +
