Job Description

We are looking to hire a Receptionist. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. The right candidate will attend to visitors and answer with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply info regarding the company to the general public, clients, and customers.

Salary range: $36000 - $46000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.

  • Welcome guests and perform all check-in and check-out tasks.

  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.

  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.

  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.

  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.

  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.

  • Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.

  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • Proficient in computer and MS Office applications, including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.

  • Have excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills along with a strong telephone presence.

  • Must be able to perform job duties with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
