Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting in the overall organization and delivery of general recreational activities, leagues, special events and other programs for the STOF Recreation Department and other assigned locations. Work is reviewed by direct observation, conference and evaluation. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of one (1) year related experience in sports/leisure program implementation required; or any equivalent combination of relevant training and experience will be considered. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate ability to manage diverse tasks and projects simultaneously. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Software. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
