Recruiter (Contract)

This is a contract Recruiter opportunity.

This role will be "work from home" but must be located in one of the following locations: Tampa, Dallas, or Atlanta

Pay rate: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, 40 hour work week + overtime eligibility

As a Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team at Valet Living, you will be responsible for working with our internal business management partners to identify, attract and hire the right talent for a variety of positions within the Valet Living Home division. You will develop and execute recruiting and staffing strategies and provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on the recruiting process and market conditions. Positions that this Recruiter will focus on include both part-time and full-time Housekeepers, Home Valets, Concierge, and Resident Experience Specialist. Hiring will be focused on 7-9 markets across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage entire recruitment process including job advertisements, postings, sourcing, interviewing, debriefing, and coordination for hiring manager interviews
• Interview and screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet position requirements and company culture fit
• Offer management and oversight of pre-employment background screening
• Lead all efforts associated with candidate engagement, including new market penetration
• Partner with hiring leaders to create and execute recruiting strategies, and drive the hiring process
• Other duties may be assigned

We are seeking candidates with the following experience:

• Three to five years recruiting experience
• Previous experience supporting high volume recruiting in either a corporate recruiting or agency setting a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Workday recruiting experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours to cover all time zones
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent education, preferred
