General Summary:
Currently our Human Resources Team is seeking add a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This position supports a high-volume environment and is hands on in sourcing and recruiting of both active and passive candidates for our clinics and our corporate office needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create, update and post job requisitions.
  • Develop career brand.
  • Manage ATS.
  • Research competitor companies, building sourcing pipelines and networks.
  • Uses appropriate techniques to generate candidate pools.
  • Provide support to managers with regards to sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, reference checks, pre-employment testing and on-boarding.
  • Develop, present and implement innovative recruitment techniques and avenues.
  • Assist Human Resource department in all areas as related to recruiting through onboarding.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare or behavioral healthcare preferred)
  • HR Certification preferred, but not required
  • Working knowledge of employment law, including but not limited to ERISA, EEO, FMLA, COBRA and HIPAA regulations, ADA, National Labor Relations Act, and Wage and Hour laws
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness when working with people of diverse cultures or backgrounds
  • Ability to handle personnel records and information appropriately and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to clearly relay information appropriately to all levels of the organization, through both oral and written communication
  • Ability to develop and sustain productive relationships with team members, employees and service providers
  • Ability to respond quickly to meet or exceed employees and managers needs and resolve problems
  • Strong computer skills with extensive knowledge of MS Office suite of products and HRIS software (preferably UltiPro/UKG)

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong recruiting skills, ability to identify quality candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of all relevant recruiting and employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently; self-motivated.
  • Understanding of overall recruiting process including time-to-fill, turnover, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of the service environment.
  • Basic understanding of total reward programs and employee-related issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and employees at every education level.
  • Good computer skills; ability to develop spreadsheets and reports to analyze division staffing needs.
  • Excellent collaboration and consensus building skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.

Salary: $56,000 - $65,000 annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
