Position Summary:

The Recruiting Sourcer is a strategic role that will help us find and hire the best talent across the company. You will use your sourcing experience, utilizing technology and innovated strategies to build pipelines and present candidates to our recruiting team. This position requires agility and the ability to pivot quickly to changing business needs.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the sourcing process for a variety of requisitions up to executive level, including setting sourcing strategy, gathering market intelligence and creating marketing campaigns for specific roles

  • Develop meaningful relationships with candidates by providing an excellent candidate experience, ensuring each candidate receives prompt and timely communication, and feels respected and valued.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals

  • Provide thorough communication and updates to key stakeholders throughout the sourcing process

  • Continuously strive to improve the sourcing processes and contribute to the collective advancement of the team

  • Maintain meticulous data via our Applicant Tracking System.

  • Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through network and research.

  • Use a metric driven approach to track and run pipelines and provide constant reports on pipelines.

  • Participate in the organizing of in-house and external recruitment events to attract the best talent.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in a Corporate or Agency environment

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent military or work experience

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, and other recruiting-related applications

  • Experience in Social Media tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Experience with various search techniques including Boolean

  • Experience with gathering market intelligence and telling stories with data

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to operate individually or as part of a team

  • Ability to influence without authority

  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, communication, and time management skills

  • Impeccable follow up and attention to detail; comfortable handling a robust pipeline of candidates and juggling multiple

  • Proven results for developing sourcing strategies that yield high performing hires
