Job SummaryAnswers telephone inquiries from consumers regarding physician referrals, class and programregistrations and community service referrals. Assists with physician appointments when indicated. Supports call center functions by researching and maintaining database utilized by staff. Performsoutbound calls as needed for satisfaction surveys, class payment follow-ups or other informationgathering needs.

$15. 80/hr-$20.36/hr

Minimum Experience RequirementsTwo years related customer service experiencePrior experience in a hospital admissions department, physician office, or similar healthcare settingAble to use Windows software to input information into computer, including strong word processingskillsDemonstrates excellent customer service skills.Understand medical terminology and basic health care insurance requirements.Typing skills 35 wpm minimum.
