SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES is looking for Employee #1 in Greenville (SC) ! The Regional Manager will take a blank sheet of paper and build-up a new office location in the US for SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES. Develop relationships with local customers to support their needs in Engineering projects, part time technical support, and technical staffing / staff augmentation needs. As Employee #1 you will be responsible for hiring, shaping the organization, and developing the Culture of SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES in Greenville (SC). Yes, you will be on your own in Greenville at the start, however, you will have the complete support of the SEGULA Technologies Global team to help you succeed.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible to start-up and grow the business for SEGULA Technologies in the Greenville, South Carolina region, building relationships with both existing and prospective SEGULA clients.

o Two specific paths of growth:

- Technical Staffing

- Engineering Service Solutions

Lead the overall Business Development, Sales, and Operational activities of the Greenville region, while interfacing and reporting with SEGULA global leadership.

Build the SEGULA brand - network with local clients, develop strategic partnerships, represent SEGULA with the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, the local government, and the local community.

Assist in merging with and/or acquiring companies that align with SEGULA strategic initiatives.

Minimum of 10 years of Technical Staffing or Engineering Service Provider background, with a proven track record within Business Development / Sales.

Strong connections to the Austin, Texas business world, including strong relationships with key decision makers at companies with a large presence in the Austin, Texas region.

Entrepreneurial / Start-up mentality.

Strategic and innovative thinker with a strong technical background
