Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) Full-Time Yuma Clinic

Under the general guidance of the Nurse Manager, is responsible for supervising, facilitating, coordinating, and team leading, in conjunction with the care teams; the flow of patients within our primary care clinics and COVID testing processes.

This position will be a part of the pandemic response team, traiging, testing, giving COVID vaccines, supporting Employee Health Nurse and Infection Control and floor coverage.

Functions within the scope of nursing practice as defined by the Arizona State Board of Nursing and Sunset Community Health Center policies and standards of professional practice. This role serves to continually mentor and assist in training Nursing Support Staff and is responsible for the appropriate assessment and triage of patients presenting to the clinical setting or over the phone.

Must obtain a fingerprint clearance card and be able to successfully pass a background investigation. If not already obtained. Fingerprint Clearance card application must be submitted within 5 business days of employment.
