Summary of Responsibility:
Practices professional nursing under the general supervision of the Nurse Director, delivering quality patient care through the application of the nursing process; that is, through assessment of patient needs, interdisciplinary planning to meet those needs, direct intervention, evaluation of the effectiveness of the intervention, and readjustment of the plan of care.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited RN school of Nursing.
Current license in Massachusetts as RN.
Knowledge of Geriatric Nursing required.
Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support in accordance with American Heart Association or American Red Cross standards required.
Knowledge of growth and development across the life span.
