One of our clients is seeking a Registered Nurse to participate in COVID-19 testing. The Nurse will utilize a fast, reliable, and portable rapid antigen test. Personal Protection Equipment (including N95 masks) will be provided.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Registered Nurse will work onsite. Testing is comprised of:
* Removing and opening testing kits
* Affixing labels to testing cards and matching labels to data collection forms
* Handing test cards and data collection sheet to patients so that they can record their information; then retrieving the documents from patients
* Instructing and monitoring patients to perform COVID-19 test
* Timing 15-30 minutes for test result
* Interpreting test results using provided guidance, and disclosing results to patients in a private setting.
* Recording test results on corresponding data collection sheet
* Reporting information on data collection sheets to CDPHE using online reporting
* Disposing of test materials as biohazard waste
* Coordinating and conducting additional testing, such as PCR COVID testing.
* Tracking staff that do not require testing i.e., staff who have received a positive test result within 90 days
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION FOR TESTER
* Valid State of IL Registered Nurse license ,
* Must have received or be willing to get Flu shot for 2020
* Must have or be willing to undergo and satisfactorily pass Fingerprint Clearance and CAPS Check
* Valid Driver's License
