Job SummaryResponsible for the coordination of continuous regulatory, licensure, and accreditation compliance in accordance with allapplicable regulations and standards across Centura Hospitals. Develops leading practice regulatory program, structuresand processes to drive optimal regulatory compliance and competence. Serves as primary expert, facilitator, andconsultant for regulatory matters.

Minimum Experience RequirementsThree years of experience in a healthcare settingOne year of Project Management, Performance Improvement, and/or Change Facilitation experienceExperience in healthcare related field, oversight and coordination of regulatory/accreditation readiness program, survey preparation, coordination and response/ follow-up preferredPast participation in regulatory activities preferredAdvanced skills in written and oral communication Experience in development of educational tools Exemplary skill with computer applications

Education Requirement

Healthcare or clinical degree preferred
