Position Summary:

The Commercial Banking Business Manager (CBBM) is responsible for leading initiatives to deliver TBK Banks full array of services and capabilities to new and existing lending clients. The CBBM will need to work in conjunction with the commercial finance and community bank teams to facilitate the identification, prioritization, coordination and delivery of opportunities to serve clients holistically .

Position Description:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

  • Managing cross-functional efforts to create a comprehensive relationship banking system, including improved relationship pricing tools, new banker training programs, new product bundles and changes to policies, processes and procedures
  • Targeting clients and prospects with the highest potential for comprehensive relationship banking and delivering attractive lead lists to bankers
  • Coordination and tracking of lending sales campaigns (e.g., deposit gathering campaigns for lending officers and treasury specialists)
  • Managing the creation and progress of referrals across regions, lending specialty teams and product specialists
  • Planning and preparing materials for sales "events" (internal sales conference calls and meetings)
  • Participating in clients and banker meetings to continuously refine our offerings to better meet the needs of clients
  • Participating in the refinement of incentive plans and related reporting
  • Preparing and coordinating business reviews, including tracking of follow-up items, with all lending units
  • Analyzing and refining existing RM portfolios to consistently align them with the market opportunity
