Job Summary: As a Relationship Manager 2 you will manage the companys sales portfolio, representing mid to high-level Sales Partners, via telephone and email interactions. Develops and maintains superior relationships with Sales Partners and works to not only support our sales partners, but also work alongside the revenue team to increase and drive continuing growth and improvement of the relationships. The ultimate goal is to provide Sales Partners with the necessary support, tools, and incentive to be successful. This role also serves as a source of support, training, and escalation for the RM1 role.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide inbound and outbound support to sales partners needing assistance via email and phone queue.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining quality business relationships with both assigned and unassigned sales partners, including hosting periodic calls with partners.

  • Be an advocate for our sales partners; act in their best interest, while maintaining the best interests of Priority.

  • Facilitate escalated requests with other teams in the organization, and ensure that any issues are brought to an expedient and amenable resolution.

  • Review and facilitate the resolution to any sales partner residual and commissions issues.

  • Administer ongoing sales partner training on MX Connect, MX Merchant, and other Priority Product and Services.

  • Distribute relevant information to sales partners as needed, on behalf of other departments upon request, or at the request of the leadership team.

  • Educate and inform clients about the Company's products, services, and special offers, and call our cross-sell opportunities to PSM or Business Development.

  • Work closely with the Partner Success Team and Revenue Team to maintain and improve the relationship with high value sales partners, including periodic reporting requirements.

  • Communicate with other departments to ensure the Company maximizes client experiences and meets client expectations.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least two years of experience as a relationship manager in the Bankcard industry.

  • Must enjoy working in a sales and service environment that moves at a fast pace.

  • Developed understanding of the financial technology industry, including the basics of credit card processing process and logic

  • Understanding of the sales partner residual compensation model, calculations, and common issues that may occur.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive

  • Demonstrated excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Must have good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

  • Works well in a team environment, with the ability to function with professionals internally and externally at all levels.

  • Ability to listen, communicate, and interpret clients needs and objections.

  • Ability to de-escalate situations, and drive meaningful resolutions.

  • Experience in Excel/Sheets completing basic financial analysis or formula-based calculations.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation range: $60,000 - $71,000

Traditional Physical Requirements

  • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching.
