Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Renovation Superintendent to join our team. The Renovation Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of renovation projects, ensuring that renovations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all on-site renovation activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety among all project team members.
Monitor project progress and quality, making adjustments as needed to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure that project goals are met.
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site renovation teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and meeting minutes.
Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure that work meets or exceeds industry standards.
Manage project budget and expenses, tracking costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in home outside renovation, with a proven track record of successfully completing renovation projects of similar size and scope.
Strong knowledge of renovation methods, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
Proficiency in renovation management software and tools.
Ability to read and interpret renovation drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
Valid driver's license.
