Renovation Supervisor

The responsibilities of a Renovation Supervisor are as follows.

• Oversee interior renovations project and supervision of renovation team. Troubleshoot and perform all necessary renovations and repairs to the apartment community, renovations, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances, hardware and lighting in all upgraded units.
• Reporting of all tracking of all renovations and product installation.
• Additional duties as assigned.

The qualifications for a Renovation Supervisor are as follows.

• A minimum of 1 year of related maintenance and supervisor experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in renovations and make ready skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• A valid driver's license is required.
