Job Description

1. Provide support for customers whose fleet size is greater than 60 vehicles by developing customer relationships over the phone, with the goal of growing accounts and increasing PFJ revenue

2. Plan customer phone calls by defining the objective and preparing questions to move the customer toward the sales objective

3. Assist sales team with account planning, developing the value proposition, managing accounts toward SMART goals and non-administrative customer preparation

4. Execute deals and provide analysis and reporting for outside sales representatives and sales leadership project initiatives

5. Assist credit department to anticipate and resolve customer issues

6. Develop a strong internal network and leverage cross-functional capabilities to effectively respond to customer needs

7. Collaborate with sales team to identify business opportunities

8. Perform administrative functions for customers and outside sales team 9. Model behaviors that support the companys common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

10. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

11. Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
  2. Bachelors degree preferred or a minimum two years experience in sales support required
  3. Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  4. Advanced CRM (preferred Salesforce), PRS, and other company software skills
  5. Knowledge of fuel and trucking industry and its terminology
  6. Knowledge of company products and offerings
