Resident Assistant - Per Diem

The Resident Assistant provides basic patient care services and assistance with daily living activities under direction of the nursing staff. The Resident Assistant performs duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, using the toilet, changing linens and some housekeeping. The Resident Assistant may transfer or transport residents and assist with other tasks such as recreational and social activities. The Resident Assistant administers medications and treatments. In addition, Resident Assistants may perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and greeting visitors, and provide documentation of care and assistance.

• Must have personal, supervisor and directed care certificates
• CPR and first aide
• Have or be able to obtain fingerprint clearance card
