Our Client is seeking a Residential Aide to provide service in Grasonville. All shift are available!
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Support clients in residential facility in support of program goals and objectives
* Assist Individuals with daily activities including grooming, dressing, bathing, and moving throughout the facility and community
* Provide companionship and emotional support to Individuals
* Ensure a safe and positive environment for Individuals
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
* Demonstrated ability to show compassion and support to persons with disabilities
* Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult behaviors
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass given background checks
* Valid Driver's License, and clean driving record
* Experience working as a Home Health Aide, CMT or CNA (preferred)
* Current Physical and TB test results (within one year)
* DA
* BPS/Mandt
