One of our clients is seeking Youth Care Workers to provide services in the Reading area.
AVAILABLE HOURS
* Full and part-time (2nd and 3rd shifts)
* Weekend schedules are also available
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
* Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities.
* Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities including but not limited to meal preparation, house keeping, and life skills group.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of an Associates Degree preferably in a Human Service field
* Minimum of one (1) year experience working with persons with mental and developmental disabilities
* Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances
* Experience in community based residential programs (preferred)
* Valid Driver's License
* Must be willing to get a COVID-19 test (per clients requirements)
* Must be willing to have a drug screen complete (per clients requirements)
