Residential Assistant Director

Creative Innervisions, LLC is a growing organization that provides services and supports to persons whom have been diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Our Residential Supervisor will be responsible for the everyday operations of a residence of adults that are living within a group home setting. We are looking for a compassionate individual that will assist our clients with their daily personal care, transportation to/from medical appointments and activities, provide leadership to the support staff, oversee the implementation along with data collection of behavior treatment and person-centered plans, maintain the residential site to be within State licensing standards, purchase needed household items, posses accurate money management skills, and strong organizational skills along with the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

21-plus years of age

A high school diploma or equivalent

A current drivers license and a clean 5-year Motor Vehicle Record;

Be able to successfully pass background checks that meets State Licensure requirements,

Be able to obtain/maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

Complete all agency and State required training.

Prefer supervisory experience within the field of developmental disabilities or behavioral health.
