SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities will include monitoring the behaviors and participating in the appropriate activities specified by the plan of care. Provide assisted daily living skills as necessary and ensure that proper care of the consumer is applied.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High Schol Diploma or its equivalent
* Direct care experience
* Physical/TB screening (within a year)
* CPR/First Aid
* PA State Criminal Background
* Valid Drivers License/Own Reliable Transportation
* Drug Screening/FBI, Child Abuse may be required with some clients
Credentialing assistance may be available.
HOURS
*1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts, weekdays/weekends, we work with your availability.
