Residential Direct Support Profesional (DSP) - Tempe Area

Creative Innervisions, LLC provides services and supports to persons diagnosed with developmental disabilities throughout Maricopa County, AZ. We are looking for energetic and compassionate people to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Residential Department, sites located within the Tempe area . Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Administering medications
• Completing daily documentation
• Communicating with supervisor and shift colleagues
• Assisting members with activities of daily living skills, as needed
• Participating in daily activities with the members, such as board games, arts & crafts, and community outings
• Responding accordingly when emergency situations arise
• Providing care to members in accordance to their person-centered plan

Requirements/Training:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to attend and pass State and agency provided training
• Obtain and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• For positions that require driving, must be able to provide a 5-year Motor Vehicle Record that is in good standing

Experience is not necessary, as we do train internally.
