Our Client is seeking motivated and reliable Youth Residential Treatment Workers in the Belleville, MI area.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Responsible for care, supervision, and safety and welfare of the residents in the facility.
* Complete activity and incident reports as needed.
* Develop and provide effective treatment and self-help groups / trainings that augment treatment.
* Demonstrate appropriate modeling behavior/communication & maintain a professional relationship with the residents.
* Monitor all resident activites including: shower time, homework / study time, school attendance, meal times, cleaning, etc.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree in Social Work or related field is preferred.
* Must be trained in CPR/First Aid.
