***Sign-on Bonus of $10,000!!! $1,000 payable on first check and remaining $9,000 will be paid out over 5 equal installments with the first of the $9,000 being paid at 90 days. Please note this bonus is only being offered to those who can start within 2 weeks of being offered.
About ORMC:
Odessa Regional Medical Center was founded in 1975 by 14 obstetricians, pediatricians, and family practitioners as Odessa Womens and Childrens Hospital. Through the years, the hospital grew and evolved into a full-service healthcare facility and the name was changed to Odessa Regional Hospital in 1995.

In June 2007, Odessa Regional Hospital purchased Alliance Hospital and changed its name to Odessa Regional Medical Center to reflect its larger campus and more comprehensive services. In 2015, ORMC acquired Basin Healthcare Center. The hospital has 225 beds and has approximately 250 physicians on staff and has over 700 employees.

Today, ORMC offers a wide spectrum of healthcare services, including advanced diagnostic imaging technology, emergency care, innovative surgical procedures, maternity care, comprehensive cardiac services and general medical care.

About the Shift:

6p - 6a Full Time CRT/RRT - Respiratory Therapist

About the Position:

Under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Therapy, the Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physicians orders, department policies and procedures. Participates in Performance Improvement Activities. Provides service to age range from neonate to geriatric.

Regulatory Requirements:

  • Current TMB Respiratory Therapist Licensure.
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
  • Current NPR Certifications - if working in the NICU
  • Current BLS certification, ACLS and PALS
  • Current Stable Certification for NICU, if working in NICU
