Client's Job Responsibilities of the RN Case Manager:
* Responsible for individuals medical orders and treatments.
* Train staff and nurses on meds and treatments.
* Visit each group home at least once a week.
* Allows for schedule flexibility.
Client's Required Experience and Education
* Current Connecticut RN credentials
* Minimum of one (1) year experience working in nursing case management
* Ability to complete and pass background check
