RN MDS Assessment Coord Skilled Nursing Days

This is a full time position working in the Skilled Nursing unit at Oro Valley Hospital.

The MDS Assessment Coordinator is accountable for coordination and completion of the MDS and interdisciplinary care plan on all patients admitted to the Transitional Care/Skilled Nursing unit. Is responsible for completing the Resident Assessments, the recommendation, development and implementation of Resident Care Plans, and for keeping the Director of Nursing/Administrator informed of both progress and potential problems. Maintains operational aspects of the patient care unit in collaboration with the Director of Nursing. Associates degree and RN license is required. 1-3 years experience in related field.
