Florence Hospital, a campus of Mountain View Medical Center, is a 36-bed hospital offering emergency care, as well as surgical, imaging and laboratory services to residents of Pinal County. Position Summary:

Position is responsible for direct and indirect nursing care and performs general nursing duties as defined by the Nursing Practice Act. Demonstrated ability in placing vascular access devicesKnowledge of Interventional radiographic equipment. Demonstrate proficiency in IV Starts. Ability to identify changes to patient's condition. Ability to work effectively with computer based charting and other clinical software programs such as PACS; Basic computer skills. Ability to provide education/mentoring staff members; Adaptability to change, organizational skills; Communicates effectively and timely with physicians/director/imaging services leadership/charge nurse/co-workers. Works closely with radiologists and key personnel to provide diagnostic exams/procedures; Ability to understand, recall, and memorize written and verbal instructions; Ability to function independently and possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
