One of our clients is seeking Nurses (RN/LPN) for outpatient and day program assignments in the greater Albany, NY area.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS RN/LPN OPPORTUNITY
* Provide direct care to clients
* Observe clients for development and health patterns to provide a nursing judgment and/or diagnosis.
* Implement plans for clients with chronic health problems and coordinate the administration of medication within state law and Board policies.
* Demonstrate effective skills of listening, speaking, and writing.
* Assess health complaints and care for clients with special health care needs.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* RN license
* Minimum of 1 year behavioral health experience
* Driver's License with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
* Ability to complete and pass fingerprint and background check
* Current Physical and TB
