Responsible for providing primary patient care for a specific caseload of patients, to include assessments, care planning, evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy, and/or other nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best demonstrated practices in the home or alternate site setting.
Required Qualifications
* RN Diploma, Associates or Bachelors degree from an accredited college or school of nursing.
* One to five years of nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus.
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in appropriate state of practice is required; additional licensure may be required in multi state service areas.
* Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance.
* Current CPR certification.
* CRNI preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong verbal and written communications skills.
* Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum three years nursing experience
- Minimum one year hi tech IV infusion experience
- Home healthcare experience
- Pediatric care experience
- CRNI certification
Education
RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing
